The Vault Smokehouse is a family restaurant owned by Jason and Money Salmon. The heart of the business is to be a place where families and friends can come to enjoy fellowship with one another over authentic Texas pit smoked barbecue. Jason is a 3rd generation pit master born in Lockhart Texas.
